Leadership and personal development

For leaders and managers either individually, in teams at any level in an organisation. Myers-Briggs is used to identify individual leadership styles and develop leadership ability through better self-awareness and awareness of others. Self awareness/leading self are widely recognised as being the key to great leadership.

Communication & conflict

Poor communication is often cited as being one of the biggest issues in company satisfaction surveys. Through team workshops work by applying an understanding of self and delegates' own preferences, before exploring the preferences of others in the team, leaving teams with a shared understanding on how to better to communicate with each other. This can also lead to reduced conflict between teams and increased collaboration

Response to Change

With the world changing at an ever more rapid rate, Myers Briggs Type Indicator can help participants understand and deal with the different responses that different personality types have to rapid change.

Stress Management

One of the biggest causes of illness in a workplace is stress.

The MBTI tool offers delegates the chance to explore how their preference reacts to everyday stress and extreme stress. The workshop is designed to offer teams the chance to understand their preference and how it reacts under everyday stress and under extreme stress.

The sessions also offer delegates to share their understanding of stress with one another, enabling teams to recognise the warning signs of stress in each other and offers tips on how they can help reduce stress.
